About fitness printables

These sheets cover the practical side of structured fitness: planning individual training sessions, tracking strength and cardio work, managing rest and recovery, and counting down to a race or event. They are designed for people who train at home, at a gym, or outdoors and want a paper record they can fill in by hand, review at a glance, and keep alongside a training programme without needing an app or a screen.

How to use them

Start by identifying where you are in your training cycle. If you are building toward a specific event, the Race Day Countdown Planner gives you a fixed endpoint to work back from. For day-to-day sessions, choose the Strength Training Day Planner when the focus is on sets, reps, and load, or the Cardio Session Day Planner when you are logging duration, distance, heart rate, or effort zones. Print only the sheets relevant to your current week; there is no need to print every format at once.

What is here

Fitness has 18 printable sheets on the site in six formats: daily Planner, weekly Planner, monthly Calendar, habit Tracker, log Sheet and journal Page. Each format holds three or more sheets, one per layout, all written for fitness: workouts, training plans, strength and cardio sessions, rest days and progress toward a fitness goal.

Daily Planner: “Strength Training Day Planner”, “Race Day Countdown Planner” and “Cardio Session Day Planner”.

Weekly Planner: “Strength Training Weekly Log”, “Weekly Cardio Training Plan” and “7-Day Cut Week Tracker”.

Monthly Calendar: “Strength Training Monthly Log”, “Monthly Cardio Training Calendar” and “Rest & Recovery Month Log”.

Habit Tracker: “Strength Training Habit Tracker”, “Morning Cardio Week Tracker” and “Daily Step Count Habit”.

Log Sheet: “Daily Strength Training Log”, “30-Day Cardio Progress Log” and “Weekly Running Mileage Log”.

Journal Page: “Strength Session Log”, “Rest Day Recovery Journal” and “Cardio Training Day Log”.

Questions

Can I use these sheets if I follow a pre-written training programme from a coach or book? Yes. The session planners are format-neutral and work alongside any existing programme — you fill in the exercises or intervals your programme prescribes and use the sheet to record what you actually completed versus what was planned.

How far in advance should I print the Race Day Countdown Planner? Print it as soon as your race or event date is confirmed so you can map your build, taper, and rest phases from the start rather than working backwards under pressure.

Do I need a different sheet for every single training session? One sheet per session gives you the clearest record, but if your sessions are short or highly repetitive you can log multiple sessions on one sheet by using the notes space to separate them by date.

Need a fitness sheet that is not here? Any layout on the site can be refilled with your own text in the generator.
