The three habit tracker layouts
- 30-day grid
Ten labelled habit rows against 31 numbered day columns of tick boxes, an optional totals column, and a notes box at the foot.
- Weekly grid
Eight habit rows against seven day columns of large tick boxes, a streak count box, and a three-prompt reflection for the week.
- Single habit
One habit written large at the top, 31 big numbered day boxes in rows of seven, a 'why this matters' box, a 'when I slip' box and three milestone lines.
Any of these can be refilled with your own text in the generator.
About habit Tracker printables
Habit trackers are grids you mark daily or weekly to make a routine visible and consistent. The sheets here cover 30-day and weekly formats across fitness, health, and daily life. They work for anyone starting a new habit, trying to rebuild a lapsed one, or simply wanting a paper record rather than a phone app. Printing and filling in by hand keeps the process slow and deliberate, which tends to reinforce the habit more reliably than a passive notification.
How to use them
Start by browsing the sections below to find the topic closest to your goal. The Fitness section includes the Strength Training Habit Tracker for logging lifting sessions, the Morning Cardio Week Tracker for a shorter seven-day view of aerobic work, and the Daily Step Count Habit sheet for walking targets measured in steps. Choose a 30-day grid when you want to build momentum across a full month and see the streak clearly; choose a weekly grid when your routine changes week to week or you prefer to reset and reassess every seven days. Print one sheet at a time so the commitment feels manageable.
What is here
There are twelve habit Tracker sheets on the site so far, across four topics: Fitness, Cleaning, Study and Self-Care. Every topic gets the same three layouts — 30-day grid, weekly grid and single habit — filled with headings, labels and prompts written for that topic, so a fitness sheet and a self-Care sheet share a page shape and nothing else.
For fitness: “Strength Training Habit Tracker”, “Morning Cardio Week Tracker” and “Daily Step Count Habit”.
For cleaning: “Daily Home Cleaning Tracker”, “Weekly Deep-Clean Habit Tracker” and “Bathroom Daily Reset”.
For study: “Daily Study Habit Tracker”, “Exam Revision Week Tracker” and “Active Recall Practice Tracker”.
For self-Care: “Daily Self-Care Check-In”, “Rest & Recharge Week” and “Screen-Free Hour Daily”.
Questions
What is the difference between the 30-day and weekly habit tracker formats? A 30-day grid gives you one row or column per habit across an entire month, making streaks and missed days easy to spot at a glance. A weekly grid resets every seven days, which suits habits that vary by week or goals you want to review and adjust more frequently.
Can I use these sheets for more than one habit at a time? Most sheets on this site are designed for a single habit or a small cluster of closely related habits, so the grid stays readable when filled in by hand. If you want to track several unrelated habits simultaneously, print one sheet per habit rather than crowding a single grid.
Do the habit trackers work in black and white, or do I need a colour printer? Every sheet on this site is designed to be printed in black and white on a standard home printer. You can use a pen, pencil, or marker to shade, tick, or cross each cell — no colour ink is needed to read or complete the grids.
