About these fitness Habit Tracker sheets

The three sheets here cover the most common ways people build a fitness habit: weekly cardio sessions, a full month of strength training, and a single daily step-count target. The Morning Cardio Week Tracker resets every seven days and includes reflection prompts. The Strength Training Habit Tracker monitors ten daily habits across a full thirty days. The Daily Step Count Habit sheet focuses on one number, recorded each day for a month.

Choosing between them

If you are just returning to exercise and want to focus on one thing, start with the Daily Step Count Habit sheet — a single daily number is easy to measure and hard to forget. If your goal is three to five cardio sessions a week and you want to review how each session felt, the Morning Cardio Week Tracker suits that better. If you follow a structured lifting programme and need to track warm-ups, sets, rest, nutrition habits, and recovery together, the Strength Training Habit Tracker gives you that breadth across a full month.

What each sheet contains

“Strength Training Habit Tracker” is the 30-day grid layout — ten labelled habit rows against 31 numbered day columns of tick boxes, an optional totals column, and a notes box at the foot. Its habit labels run to ten entries, starting with “Completed workout”, “Hit protein target” and “8 hrs sleep”.

“Morning Cardio Week Tracker” is the weekly grid layout — eight habit rows against seven day columns of large tick boxes, a streak count box, and a three-prompt reflection for the week. Its habit labels run to eight entries, starting with “Wake up at target time”, “Warm-up 5 min (dynamic)” and “Cardio session completed”.

“Daily Step Count Habit” is the single habit layout — one habit written large at the top, 31 big numbered day boxes in rows of seven, a 'why this matters' box, a 'when I slip' box and three milestone lines. Its milestone labels run to three entries, starting with “Day 7”, “Day 14” and “Day 30”.

Printing

Each of the three fitness Habit Tracker sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
