About these fitness Daily Planner sheets

These three printable daily planners share a single purpose: giving you a structured page to plan and record one fitness day by hand. They differ in focus and format. The Strength Training Day Planner organises a lifting day hour by hour. The Race Day Countdown Planner supports runners managing training and recovery across the weeks before a race. The Cardio Session Day Planner centres a single aerobic session, from interval targets to post-session recovery habits.

Choosing between them

Use the Strength Training Day Planner on any day built around lifting — it suits powerlifters, bodybuilders, and general gym-goers who need to block out session time alongside the rest of their day. Reach for the Race Day Countdown Planner if you are following a structured run programme and need to track readiness, fatigue, and daily training together. Choose the Cardio Session Day Planner when your day revolves around a single aerobic effort — a long ride, a timed row, or a tempo run — and recovery tracking matters as much as the session itself.

What each sheet contains

“Strength Training Day Planner” is the time-blocked day layout — hourly schedule column 6am–9pm on the left; top-three priorities, a to-do checklist and a notes box on the right. Its priority prompts run to three entries, starting with “Main lift + goal weight / reps”, “Weak point or accessory focus” and “Recovery priority (sleep, food, etc.)”.

“Race Day Countdown Planner” is the three sections layout — three stacked, labelled sections of checkbox lines (e.g. morning, midday, evening), a tick-off tracker strip of eight items and a two-line reflection at the foot. Its tracker items run to eight entries, starting with “Run done”, “Cadence check” and “Cool-down”.

“Cardio Session Day Planner” is the focus page layout — a large single-focus box across the top, three numbered must-dos and six could-do checkboxes on the left, a five-habit checklist and a notes area on the right. Its habit labels run to five entries, starting with “Hydration target met”, “Pre-session fuel eaten” and “Warm-up completed”.

Printing

Each of the three fitness Daily Planner sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
