The three monthly calendar layouts

  • Classic month grid

A full-width 7 × 6 month grid with a date corner in every cell and three labelled boxes across the foot (e.g. key dates, goals, notes).

  • Grid with sidebar

A 7 × 6 month grid taking two-thirds of the width, with a sidebar of four goal lines, a six-item checklist and a reminder box.

  • Day list

Days 1–31 as two columns of numbered writing lines, a 'focus this month' box at the top and a two-prompt review at the bottom.

Any of these can be refilled with your own text in the generator.

About monthly Calendar printables

Monthly calendar sheets give you a single page that covers one full month — a dated grid for tracking appointments, deadlines, or daily habits, alongside a notes area for targets and observations. People use them to plan training blocks, log medication or sleep, manage household schedules, or keep work projects on track. Because each sheet stands alone, you can print only the months you need and file completed ones as a straightforward record.

How to use them

Browse the sections below and choose the sheet that matches what you are tracking. The Fitness section currently offers three options: Strength Training Monthly Log for recording lifts and progressions week by week, Monthly Cardio Training Calendar for logging sessions, distance, and duration across the month, and Rest and Recovery Month Log for noting sleep quality, soreness, and rest days. Print the sheet for the current month, fill in the date numbers if they are left blank, and keep the sheet somewhere visible so updating it stays a daily habit rather than a weekend catch-up task.

What is here

There are 18 monthly Calendar sheets on the site so far, across six topics: Fitness, Meal Planning, Bills, Cleaning, Study and Self-Care. Every topic gets the same three layouts — classic month grid, grid with sidebar and day list — filled with headings, labels and prompts written for that topic, so a fitness sheet and a self-Care sheet share a page shape and nothing else.

For fitness: “Strength Training Monthly Log”, “Monthly Cardio Training Calendar” and “Rest & Recovery Month Log”.

For meal Planning: “Monthly Meal Planner”, “Cook From the Freezer Month” and “Eat Down the Pantry Month”.

For bills: “Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker”, “Monthly Bill Payment Log” and “Bill Amounts Due This Month”.

For cleaning: “Monthly Deep-Clean Rotation”, “Room-by-Room Clean Tracker” and “Daily Cleaning Log”.

For study: “Exam Revision Monthly Planner”, “Assignment Deadline Tracker” and “Monthly Subject Focus Log”.

For self-Care: “Daily Rest & Recovery Log”, “Monthly Self-Care Boundaries” and “Daily Recharge Habit Tracker”.

Questions

Do I need to print a new sheet for every month, or can I reuse one? These sheets are designed to be reprinted each month, since the grid is meant to be filled in with that month's specific dates and data. Reusing a completed sheet would mix up two months of records.

The calendar grid does not have dates filled in — do I have to add them myself? Yes, most sheets on this site leave the date numbers blank so the same file works for any month of any year. Simply write the starting day in the correct column and continue numbering from there before you begin tracking.

Can I use these sheets if I track in metric and my household uses imperial units? The sheets either show both unit options side by side or leave the unit label blank for you to write in, so you can record whatever unit you use consistently without crossing anything out.
