About these fitness Log Sheet sheets

These three printable fitness log sheets cover strength and cardio training in formats suited to different goals and session types. The Daily Strength Training Log captures exercise-by-exercise detail across 22 entries with a weekly summary. The 30-Day Cardio Progress Log gives a broad view of effort and duration across a full month. The Weekly Running Mileage Log focuses specifically on runners who need to track distance and pace day by day within a structured plan.

Choosing between them

Choose the Daily Strength Training Log if you lift weights or follow resistance circuits and need to record sets, reps, and load for each movement. Use the 30-Day Cardio Progress Log if you want a simple month-long overview of cardio sessions — whether cycling, swimming, rowing, or running — where effort level matters more than split times. The Weekly Running Mileage Log suits runners following a training plan who need to monitor distance and pace across each day of the week to manage volume and avoid overtraining.

What each sheet contains

“Daily Strength Training Log” is the dated table layout — a date column plus four labelled value columns and an optional notes column, 22 numbered rows, and a summary strip at the foot. Its column headings run to four entries, starting with “Exercise”, “Sets × Reps” and “Load (kg/lb)”.

“30-Day Cardio Progress Log” is the two-column log layout — two side-by-side tables of date, value and note (18 rows each, 36 entries a page), with a target field across the top. Its labels include “Month / Year”, “Duration (min)” and “Effort / Notes”.

“Weekly Running Mileage Log” is the notes and table layout — a 12-row date table with three value columns across the top, a large ruled notes area beneath it, and two summary fields at the foot. Its column headings run to three entries, starting with “Distance (km/mi)”, “Avg Pace (min/km or mi)” and “Effort (1–10)”.

Printing

Each of the three fitness Log Sheet sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
