The short version: LifeSheets does not want your personal data and does not collect it. The detail follows.

What we collect

LifeSheets has no accounts, no sign-up, and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name, email address, or anything else that identifies you.

If you email us, we hold that email in order to reply to it. Nothing else is done with it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through a Google Tag Manager container, to count page views and understand which sheets are useful. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before we receive any data. We do not receive or store anything that identifies an individual visitor.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default, so no measurement cookie is set and those visits are counted without one. Elsewhere, analytics runs on page load; a notice at the foot of the page says so and links here. We do not ask you to opt in and we store no choice about it — there is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing on it that needs your consent.

AI-generated content

Content on this site is generated using artificial intelligence (Claude, made by Anthropic). The published library — the text on every sheet and the copy on every page — is generated ahead of time and served as static pages, so browsing the site sends nothing about you to an AI service.

There is no request-time generation on this site: no prompt ever carries your data. The AI disclosure in our terms of use applies to all content on this site.

Interactive tools

The printable generator and the download buttons process your input entirely in your browser. The headings and labels you type, and the PDF assembled from them, never leave your device: nothing is sent to our servers or to any third-party service, and the file you download is built and saved on your own machine. The address bar records only which layout and topic you chose, not what you typed.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies, and we store no consent choice on your device. Google Analytics may set a cookie if your browser allows it and you are outside the regions named above; you can block or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. The generator stores nothing, in a cookie or otherwise.

Children

LifeSheets is intended for adults — the people who print planners, trackers and checklists for themselves and their households — not for children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

California residents (CCPA)

We do not sell or share personal information. Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete.

Your rights (GDPR and other privacy laws)

We hold no personal data about visitors, so there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence removed, contact us and it will be deleted.

For data collected by Google through Analytics, use Google’s own tools to manage your data:

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs under its own privacy policy.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
