Month-at-a-glance calendar for tracking household bill due dates, amounts, and payment status, designed for adults managing recurring expenses by hand.
The PDF is built on your device from the layout and the text above; nothing is uploaded. If the preview does not display, the download buttons still work.
What this sheet is for
When bills arrive from several directions — utilities, rent, subscriptions, insurance, loan repayments — it is easy to lose track of what is due when. This sheet gives every due date a visible place on the calendar so nothing slips past the end of the month. Reach for it at the start of each month to map out what is coming, and tick each cell as payments clear.
How to use it
Write the month and year at the top right. In each calendar cell, note the bill name and amount due on the day it must be paid — for example, 'Electricity £74' or 'Internet $55'. Draw a small box beside each entry to tick or cross when paid. Use Bills Due This Month to list every bill in one running column before the month begins. Fill Month-End Total with the sum of all amounts once the month closes. Record any payment that was missed, late, or returned in Missed or Late Bills so you can follow up and adjust the next month's budget.
What is printed on the page
“Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker” is laid out as classic month grid: a full-width 7 × 6 month grid with a date corner in every cell and three labelled boxes across the foot (e.g. key dates, goals, notes). Under the title it reads “Log every bill's due date, amount owed, and payment status in one place.”, and the line at the foot of the page says “Mark a bill paid only after the payment clears your account, not when you submit it.”.
The box headings slot holds three entries — “Bills Due This Month”, “Month-End Total” and “Missed or Late Bills” — so the sheet is already filled in for bills rather than left as blank rows to label yourself.
The remaining labels on the page are “Month / Year” for the month label.
Two things about this particular classic month grid are settings rather than text, and “Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker” has them set like this. Start sunday is off: start the week on Sunday instead of Monday. Bottom boxes is on: include the three boxes under the grid (off gives the grid the whole page).
Tips
Write the bill name and amount in the cell on the due date, not the date you expect the statement to arrive.
If an autopayment is set up, mark the cell 'AUTO' so you still check that the correct amount was deducted.
Transfer any unpaid balance from Missed or Late Bills directly to next month's sheet before filing this one.
The other layouts in this set
“Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker” is one of three sheets in this set, each a different fixed layout filled for the same topic. “Monthly Bill Payment Log” uses the grid with sidebar layout and “Bill Amounts Due This Month” uses the day list layout. Pick by how you work: the layout decides how much you write and where, not what the sheet is about.
