About these study Journal Page sheets
These three guided journal pages help students track their study work in writing, making habits and gaps visible over time. The Exam Revision Session Log focuses on single revision blocks and knowledge gaps by subject. The Assignment Progress Journal follows one assignment across multiple sittings. The Daily Study Focus Log captures the full day's sessions, including concentration quality and distractions. All three use structured prompts rather than blank space, so there is always a clear question to answer.
Choosing between them
Use the Exam Revision Session Log when you are in a revision period and working through specific topics subject by subject — it suits timed blocks before tests or end-of-term exams. Use the Assignment Progress Journal when you have a single piece of work, such as an essay or project, that you return to across several days and need to track where you left off. Use the Daily Study Focus Log on any ordinary study day when you want to monitor how you are spending your time and what is breaking your concentration.
What each sheet contains
“Exam Revision Session Log” is the guided prompts layout — a five-point labelled scale at the top, five prompts each with ruled writing lines beneath, and a closing box at the foot. Its scale labels run to five entries, starting with “Scattered”, “Drifting” and “Steady”.
“Assignment Progress Journal” is the two-column reflection layout — three short prompts with lines down the left column, a free ruled writing column on the right, and a three-line list box across the foot. Its left prompts run to three entries, starting with “Which assignment and which part did you work on?”, “What slowed you down or confused you today?” and “What do you need to do or find before next time?”.
“Daily Study Focus Log” is the daily log journal layout — four quick-fill fields across the top, a 1–10 rating row, two long prompts with generous writing lines, and a 'tomorrow' box at the foot. Its field labels run to four entries, starting with “Subject(s) studied”, “Total study time” and “Breaks taken”.
Printing
Each of the three study Journal Page sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
