About these self-Care Journal Page sheets
These three journal pages share a common purpose — helping adults notice and record the daily habits that sustain their wellbeing — but each approaches that purpose differently. The Daily Self-Care Check-In is a structured log for tracking concrete habits. The Daily Rest & Recovery Log uses guided prompts to explore sleep, movement, and boundaries in more depth. The Boundary & Recharge Check-In takes a two-column format suited to reflection on energy, stress, and weekly priorities.
Choosing between them
If you want a quick daily record you can fill in within a few minutes — sleep hours, water, time outside, a hobby — start with the Daily Self-Care Check-In. If you prefer to write a little more and think through how rest and boundaries are actually working for you each day, the Daily Rest & Recovery Log gives you that space. If you are navigating sustained stress or burnout and want to examine what is draining you and where your limits held or broke down across a week, use the Boundary & Recharge Check-In.
What each sheet contains
“Daily Rest & Recovery Log” is the guided prompts layout — a five-point labelled scale at the top, five prompts each with ruled writing lines beneath, and a closing box at the foot. Its scale labels run to five entries, starting with “Depleted”, “Tired” and “Neutral”.
“Boundary & Recharge Check-In” is the two-column reflection layout — three short prompts with lines down the left column, a free ruled writing column on the right, and a three-line list box across the foot. Its left prompts run to three entries, starting with “Where did I feel most drained this week?”, “Which boundary held — or needed holding?” and “One thing I cancelled or postponed for myself:”.
“Daily Self-Care Check-In” is the daily log journal layout — four quick-fill fields across the top, a 1–10 rating row, two long prompts with generous writing lines, and a 'tomorrow' box at the foot. Its field labels run to four entries, starting with “Hours slept”, “Time outdoors” and “Water (L/oz)”.
Printing
Each of the three self-Care Journal Page sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
